  • It helps to lessen your anger.
  • Increases Happiness.
  • Lessen intensity of your Experiences’ Dark-Shades.

In fact, there was a Research conducted on Expressive Writing.

You could ask what is Expressive Writing. Well, Expressive Writing is penning thoughts or feelings about a positive or negative event or your past life.
This experiment resulted in some outbursting themselves while writing, but results in increase Immunity and thus as a Healing Process.

Writing Creates an Distance from your pain, Expressing your self whether in an Happy/negative mood.

Writing for as little as 2 minutes-30 minutes could be beneficial in producing positive effects.

Well, now, you should consider this point: ..if exercise is a form of relieving anxiety then the other would be Writing…. Start to practice writing too from now on.
